Cocoon @ International Inn & Apartments

The Cocoon is an excellent place to stay. My room was very clean and had tea/coffee facilities. The bed was very comfortable and warm. Very good shower. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend The Cocoon and Liverpool is a great place to visit.

Liked: It's location in the city. Very close to all the action. So many pubs to choose from. Also close to bus routes.
Disliked: No bad points.

Disliked: Had I known it was a backpacker's hostel I would not have booked it. The information on booking.com is misleading. There should be a photo of the exterior of the building to give an idea of what the place is really like. The receptionist was rude. The room had an unpleasant smell to it and the bed and bedding left me paranoid about bed bugs.
