Cocoon @ International Inn & Apartments

The Cocoon is an excellent place to stay. My room was very clean and had tea/coffee facilities. The bed was very comfortable and warm. Very good shower. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend The Cocoon and Liverpool is a great place to visit.

Liked: It's location in the city. Very close to all the action. So many pubs to choose from. Also close to bus routes.
Disliked: No bad points.

Disliked: Basement rooms without windows and without proper air circulation. It was advertised‘without window’, however I would expect efficient air ventilation in those circumstances. I was wrong.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff were great. Loved the flute pub next door and its not too far to get into town.
Disliked: People talking loud in the hallway all night on the first night lots of noise from upstairs on the second night so didn't get much sleep overall.

Spacious apartment, but rude staff...

Liked: Apartment was spacious and had basic amenities, which was adequate for a short stay.
Disliked: I stayed at this hotel for just one night. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the staff’s behavior. I found the reception staff to be rude and unprofessional. They took my credit card and even wrote down the number along with the CVV. When I asked about the reason and the security of my data, the response was dismissive and rude, stating that they manage 400 credit cards every day. This made me feel very uncomfortable.
