Cocoon @ International Inn & Apartments

The Cocoon is an excellent place to stay. My room was very clean and had tea/coffee facilities. The bed was very comfortable and warm. Very good shower. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend The Cocoon and Liverpool is a great place to visit.

Liked: It's location in the city. Very close to all the action. So many pubs to choose from. Also close to bus routes.
Disliked: No bad points.

Liked: Very well located and everything was as described online. The property was fairly clean, quiet and the staff was lovely. No frills obviously but some touches here and there in the room made it feel nice.
Disliked: Due to the lack of windows the corridors smelled a little damp. No plugs by the bedside.

Exceptional

I WONT COME BACK AGAIN

Disliked: The beds were extremely small and uncomfortable. The duvet was extremely thin. There was no cleaning service in the room on either of the two nights, nor were the towels changed. But the worst part of all was the infernal noise from the air conditioning, which made it impossible to get any sleep during the night. The price for two nights was £170, which in my opinion is excessively expensive. Therefore, I would not recommend it at all.
