Cocoon @ International Inn & Apartments

The Cocoon is an excellent place to stay. My room was very clean and had tea/coffee facilities. The bed was very comfortable and warm. Very good shower. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend The Cocoon and Liverpool is a great place to visit.

Liked: It's location in the city. Very close to all the action. So many pubs to choose from. Also close to bus routes.
Disliked: No bad points.

Liked: This hotel should be taken off booking.com, I booked with my legal name understanding that my ID will be verified which I sent them on getting the hotel, but they requested my guest ID as well and my guest found it strange as it was the first hotel in England u visited that has requested this
Disliked: Staff were extremely unfriendly, and extremely unprofessional. I will never recommend the hotel to anyone

Apart from the lack of...

Liked: Location was perfect and the staff were so attentive.
Disliked: The room was exceptionally hot. Only a small fan for air conditioning and with no windows in the room, it was very uncomfortable to sleep.
