Liked: Quiet, and location

Nice Location everythings near by

Liked: The room(King) was very roomy and comfortable next to the canal and boat dock. I liked that it had a fridge, microwave and kerig coffee pod machine. The Staff were nice and helpful.
Disliked: The Kerig Machine woudn't make coffee that sucked. (They did come and replace it). It said they had ironing boards and Iron those weren't in the room. They had a hair dryer. (lol) I needed to do a quick load of wash but those where out dated no quarters here. So, you have to go to the office give them cash to load a card, $2.50 Wash & Dry, BEWARE some how depending on settings it will charge you $0.50 more. So save a walking trip to the office. On top of that the machines where dirty and looked as they never been cleaned (come on that outfit they lease those machines do have a better system than what they have now, They have an app system now days. I suggested to the lady at the desk. Don't go to the laundry mat down the street. That is even worse! And at one night got up in the night to use the bathroom turned on the light and I was shocked to see a few cockroaches scattering along the floor and in the shower it didn't bother me I just kept the lights on and notified the staff.

Exceptional

Liked: It was a nice hotel. It's very quiet and plenty to do. Bikes paddle boards kayak nice boat ramp and plenty parking.
Disliked: Nothing

We definitely would stay here...

Liked: Everything was great! Sam at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. Pre-packaged ice in the lobby was perfect for our cocktails and to ice my knee after the 7 Mile Bridge run. Room was clean! Pool was a nice place to chill outside for a bit. Nice Adirondack chairs on our porch. Close to everything we needed.
Disliked: I don’t like this question but if I had to mention one thing is we had a couple of bath towels that could have also substituted for a loofah they were so scratchy.
