Nice stay for kids, could...

Liked: Traveling with 3 kids so the waterpark was nice. Rooms were spacious. Pizza and chicken tenders from restaurant were great. Pool and hot tub stay open later.
Disliked: Found poop alongside pool not even 5 minutes of it being open… told 3 workers about it and they argued over whose turn it was to clean up. Yellow slide was closed. Beware of Bartender near the hot tub.. he adds extra onto your bill. Ordered 2 drinks, before i swiped i checked the bar menu again and told him that’s not the correct total, he gets mad, grabs the POS and changes the amount. 10-15 kids in the hot tub at a time, jumping in like it’s the pool, playing on the disabled chair going up and down. No fan in the bathroom.

Very nice hotel

Liked: Rooms were very clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. My kids loved the water park. Half the park was covered, and half was outside. Great for the days there was a storm kids could still go swimming
Disliked: Some kid throw up in the pool, and they didn't close the pool down. Rooms could have used a dress, I hated living out of my suit case for a week

Liked: The location was the best about this hotel.The water park smelt like feces.The pool water was cloudy.The staff was doing training exercises while small children where swimming in the pool, it scared them.Staff member was shouting help my neck is hurt was
Disliked: in the pool fully clothed.They used a board to remove her, very dramatic.Only half the water park was open every 30 minutes they'd close one half so they could open the other half.Bartender only knew how to make drinks on menu.Couldn't make basic drinks.

Liked: The check out went well.
Disliked: The rooms were old and very outdated. The beds had a very thin blanket tucked between two flat sheets and my husband and I had to sleep super close so we could both get covers. The office chair had a patch of leather missing. The reading lamps attached to the headboard did not work. The blinds did not close all the way and the parking lot light shone in our faces. The room did not look anything remotley to what the picture of the room that was posted on the website. I felt very cheated, and the sign that said only surface cleaning would be done was very dissapointing.
