Expensive but I would consider...

Liked: Probably the best breakfast spread I have ever seen in a hotel. Expensive and the eggs will need salt, but the variety was exceptional and always plentiful. I would replace the shot glasses by the juice machine with a more appropriately sized cup.
Disliked: The fact that each day we were there some part of the waterpark was always closed. Every extra amenity was not included and always expensive. It is obvious that this is a business and (like Disney and Universal) this facility will try to milk you out of extra money at each turn. The toilet lid broke off in our hands at the first use. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and each shower made the room unbearably humid. The door lock to our room would unlock but it was always a fight to get the handle to actually allow the latch to release.

Disliked: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!I can’t repeat that enough. I read reviews prior to coming here and I knew it was hit or miss with the reviews I read. But we’re from Florida originally( we’re military so we move around a lot) and came down to visit family for my daughters birthday and made our way to Orlando to have an awesome experience at a waterpark resort and spend a day at SeaWorld. The room was OKAY. Which we didn’t mind since we didn’t plan on spending much time in the room itself however, the phone in our room didn’t work, the floors were dirty, and the sink and shower would not properly drain. When we would brush our teeth, the sink would fill up and would take hours to drain, as did the shower. On top of this, housekeeping is nonexistent. We were there for 3 days with no sight of housekeeping. We called in and complained and they said they’d make sure it was done. Let me also add, we didn’t want a deep clean. We only wanted fresh towels and toilet paper and then to remove the trash. 3 hours after my husband’s complaint no one came. I called again and once again, no one showed up. An hour later after a no show, finally, we went to the front desk and spoke to the manager and he had someone come up right away. Again, for basic cleaning, not a deep clean of the room. Also, you pay for daily parking and they charge you a $100 deposit to stay here. The waterpark is fun but lacks enough rafts to enjoy the rides to accommodate everyone in the park. You end up waiting by the slide to get a raft and the lines can get long. At one point my daughter wanted to ride alone so she grabbed a one person raft (she’s 9) and my son who’s 7 wanted to go with his father. They were waiting in line and no one in the line was using the extra one person rafts. The lifeguard approached me and said we needed to use the one person raft or lose our turn. I told her that no one in the line wanted a one person raft considering there were extra individual rafts sitting there without being used.

Liked: Lots of activities and the room was very comfortable
Disliked: Parrots perch was closed the whole day of our first day there and only a couple hours the next day. That was very upsetting and hard to explain to a little one.

Disliked: The beds were rough and I had to keep asking for towels and wash clothes
