Liked: The location is amazing. The water park itself was absolutely fun and great for kids.
Disliked: The rooms need to be remodeled. Overall, I had a great experience staff was amazing. I would have rated them a 10/10 if the rooms were better.

Liked: Everything at the hotel was amazing, great value , the breakfast was really good .Staff were so helpful. Room was spotless every day when we got back. Kids loved the water park . Couldn't fault anything at all, will be back

Disliked: The blanket on the bed smelled funky.

Disliked: Pull out mattress is not good , bugs on the floor of bathroom, not enough towels, wall plugs didn’t want to work. Parking $12 when we already pay a good amount to stay. Also the hold of $100 that’s a bit much

Not worth it

Liked: The lifeguards are excellent and keep a watch on everything. Location is great as it’s close to universal and a taxi to Disney.
Disliked: Swimming pool was filthy, blinds were broken in room so no privacy or sun shield, beds felt dirty and we kept itching after sleeping.

Pleasant

Liked: The water park was nice.
Disliked: I wish the big inside pool opened earlier and closed later. Also would have been nice to have a bigger mini fridge and a microwave. Cost a lot extra having to eat out every meal.
