Liked: The pool area had something for everyone. A kiddy pool, a regular pool and a hot tub. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was very good. The staff kept up with the rush as best as they could. Apparently everyone loves the sausage links! Our room was bigger than expected. And comfortable It was nice to be able to move around with 3 people.
Disliked: Only issue with stay was that there was an issue in pool area so it had to close. And it stayed closed the next day. I know it had to be cleaned. Im just surprised it took so long. But this issue wasn't really hotels fault or a negative towards them. Im sure they have protocol.

Liked: That the housekeepers didn’t clean the room as well when I used to come there
Disliked: They had garbage behind the chairs. The bathroom wasn’t clean and I let the manager know, and nothing happened.

Liked: Breakfast was basic yet a nice start to the day. The pool was kept clean with plenty of towels.Having a bar in the hotel open in the evening was nice. We played cards in the pool area until the pool closed at 12:00. The desk clerk on third shift was very accommodating and let us play cards throughout the early mornings out in the lobby. There was no other place together outside of our room areas.
Disliked: My group of 7 (having 4 rooms) had a nice afternoon playing cards by the pool being totally respectful of those around us. The desk clerk came out to us and told us we would have to put our food away because we were not allowed to have food at the pool. We were aware of this, however it was just light snacks, chips, cheese, and crackers. There was a larger group at the pool consisting of four adults and four young children all having beverages and food at their tables. At no time did she approach the other group telling them they could not have food in the pool. That was quite insulting from the daytime desk clerk. We did however tell her we put it away but the other group never put theirs away and they were never informed about it.The coffee was empty most of our stay out in the lobby area. And during breakfast, the coffee was empty more often than not. It wasn't crowded but seeing they just couldn't keep up with the coffee or maybe not made an attempt.

Disliked: Mediocre breakfast; fire alarm went off two different times; someone's young child pooped in the pool so it had to be closed for the remainder of our stay
