They're expensive for what they...

Liked: The arrangement of the suite was quite useful for my needs, with USB ports and power available and reasonably convenient. Kitchenette was nice. Bed was comfortable and plenty large, in a good-sized bedroom. Breakfast had a good array of foods, and provided a valuable resource in the morning.
Disliked: The breakfast, although diverse and a reasonable approach, tended to also be cooked by overworked amateurs and maintained in a cold, boring, sometimes not there fashion. The bed was comfortable, but needed more blankets, and I don't like having to try to find the staff to get them. The coffee was bad, but I expect hotel coffee to be bad. I didn't have enough supplies for an extended stay (four days), but again, I don't want to chase down staff to try to get them. Internet was extremely slow, and spotty. Water pressure was very low for a comfortable shower.

Liked: The staff was kind.
Disliked: This is the second time we have stayed here and this is also the second time we have rented the Suite 2 room. This is the second time that we have opened up the pullout couch to let my son sleep on it and there has been mouse poop on the bed. Last time they were able to transfer us to another suite and it was clean and we stayed in it this time they had to give us two rooms. Usually would be great, but my 17 year-old son had to stay in a room by himself. I’m sure he did not mind but we were very unhappy with the situation.

Liked: My son Chase married the love of his life in Eckley. I catered the event and spent days preparing for 200 people. The full kitchen of the king suite was perfect for planning shopping with dishes, pots and pans at my disposal! I have been in the hospitality industry for my career and spent a lot of time in hotels. This place exceeded my expectations with the most professional staff, spotless rooms and common areas.
Disliked: The coffee is too weak. I would’ve liked another option like a darker roast.

Disappointing

Liked: Easy to find.
Disliked: We were put in a room went to make out the hide a bed. There was mouse poop everywhere. We complained to the front office. They were great on switching us rooms quickly. Explain they had a mouse problem in that room. Not sure why we were ever put in there then if they had other rooms. Went to the other room there was soap slime in the shower and then there was lipstick all over one of the pillows.

Disliked: They are redoing the siding, it looked like they were closed. Needed a sign saying We are Open!
