Very good
Liked: Front Desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, even changed my room so I wouldn’t have to carry my dog up and down the stairs or wait for the elevator. And the breakfast room was clean, with a nice assortment of breakfast items and good coffee.
Disliked: There was only one size of coffee cup available, which was small.

I picked this particular hotel...
Liked: Room was nice, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was cold. Eggs were watery, biscuits were hard and gravy was a crusty gelatinous mess. Staff was very rude and obnoxious. I have never been spoken to or treated by a hotel employee the way the young man waiting to clean my room spoke to me. He knocked on my door at exactly 11 am wanting me to check out. I told him I was just zipping up my suitcases and needed an extra minute. When I opened my door he was standing right outside it so I asked him to please wait and went downstairs to get change to leave a tip and take some things to my car. Upon returning to my room I found he had let himself into my room even though I had asked him to wait. I hadn’t even checked out yet and still had several belongings in my room. I told him I thought that was very rude so I grabbed the rest of my bags, turned to leave and that’s when he told me he didn’t want my tip and proceeded to stand out in the hall and yell “have a nice day mam, have a nice day!” over and over at me as I walked away and down the hall to the elevators and was still yelling at me as the doors closed. It was not only embarrassing but it was also a little frightening. I reported it to the front desk and was told the housekeeper was just trying to do his job. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told they wouldn’t be in that day.
