Liked: There was an issue with the fan/heater making a lot of noise. We called the front desk and the moved us to another upgraded room. They were very accommodating and prompt.

Liked: Location is prime. Many walkable options for dining coffee etc.
Disliked: Room felt worn. Desk chair showing padding. Could use more furniture maybe a large chair. Bathroom wan not spotless. Outside of tub dirty.

Great hotel location

Wonderful place to stay near the UW Stout campus!
Liked: Breakfast is such a nice treat every morning. Good variety is great and they always have free coffee at the hotel! We stayed in a suite this visit and were very impressed with all the amenities! The rooms were very comfortable!! The staff is always friendly! We appreciate the need to request maid service! When we come for a weekend, we enjoy not having someone in our room and keep it clean ourselves!!
Disliked: The weather! It rained hard the first day! I know this was something the hotel didnt have anything to do with, but we stayed very comfortable when we were inside!! Otherwise, the only thing I can think of were the size of the trash cans in the room!!
