Not what we expected.

Disliked: My back is blown up, so I have difficulty walking. Requested a room on the bottom floor. It was a bother for the lady who checked me in to make it happen and that was after she made me wait while she finished a personal phone call. After hobbling upstairs, (no elevator) the bed turned out to be super soft which hurt my back even more. There was a nearly empty roll of toilet paper left on the holder with no spare roll. So back down the stairs and up again. The next morning we went down for breakfast at 7:30 am. The biscuits were hard, there was only 1 bagel in the case and the danishes were old and dried out. Coffee was empty, orange juice was sour which left only water to drink. Went to the front desk and picked up the phone for someone to restock, no one answered. Couldn't even get a receipt when we checked out. If there was someone there, they were in the back room sleeping.
