Liked: Receptionist was very kind and accomodating. She was able to put us near the door for our dogs and the laundry room. Our room did end up not having hot water but we were moved to a new room.
Disliked: An elevator to the second floor would have been helpful.

Disliked: Not sure what could be better excellent staff and clean comfortable room.

Liked: The facility met my expectations; the breakfast was good.
Disliked: I cannot believe that you constructed a two-story hotel without an elevator. You actually expect guests to carry their bags up a flight of stairs after traveling. This is a game changer if there is a hotel near with an elevator, I will choose it every time over one that does not have one.

Quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced.

Liked: Room was great, bed and pillows were terrific, it was quiet. I'd stay here again (I'm generally pretty okay with places, with a rough up or down vote, but not often inclined to mentally tag for return). I had a first-floor room and it was very convenient.
