Very disappointing stay overall.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The room was not clean. There was enough dust and pet hair on the furniture and fridge that my hand left marks when I touched the fridge and tabletops. Staff was ok but not friendly or pleasant. Also booked because a bar was advert on line but they no longer have it. Very disappointing stay overall.

Overall a good stay.

Liked: Convenient location for us, clean, restaurant across the street.
Disliked: Seemed understaffed. Front desk was sparsely occupied. Hot breakfast food was horrible. I would discontinue serving the hot food and keep the rest.

Liked: Good location and parking, breakfast was mostly great, and exterior of the building was kept up really well. The gym equipment as also brand new.
Disliked: They're struggling with staffing depending on the shift. Much of the staff was excellent in every way, and the remainder were always friendly...but was clear some needed additional training.
