Overall we were satisfied and...

Liked: We had scrambled eggs and sausage with orange juice and it was good.
Disliked: Our fitted sheet kept coming loose throughout the night. Really our only complaint.

stay was good. second time...

Disliked: I don't like to have to go thru a booking agency to make a reservation. I was unable to call direct to the front desk to make a ressservation.Should be a easier way and more cost effective than having to go through a 3rd party.

Will stay somewhere else next...

Liked: Location
Disliked: 2-day stay. Had to ask for maid service the second day. It didn't occur. Had to go to front desk to get towels. Trash was not emptied. Breakfast facilities were a mess. Most items were empty by 9am and not refilled. Tables had not been wiped down and trash was overflowing. Desk clerk spent the whole time I was trying to find something to eat playing on her phone.

A nice, clean place to...

Liked: Kristi, at the front desk, was amazing. She was so pleasant and helpful. She got us new hand towels and washcloths when I asked and had a new pot of coffee ready when the old one was empty at breakfast.
Disliked: The internet went down the last night we were there and since it was a holiday weekend, it didn’t get fixed. It was not the hotel’s fault.
