Liked: The front desk lady was great! Very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The TV wasn't hooked up and it was midnight when we got there. We were tired and ready to shower and go to bed. Didn't want to have to wait all night for someone to come hook up the TV, so we waited until morning to talk to the front desk. Also, the plug in to charge our phone didn't work. The guy at the front desk was very rude and said we should have just hooked up the TV, since we're not familiar with direct TV and we didn't know if there was a reason it wasn't hooked up, we didn't mess with it. Then he blamed the outlet problem on IOWA ELECTRICIANS!! That the light has to be on for the outlet to work. Which is false, because the light was on! He wouldn't adjust our rate and claimed there was nothing he could do. Oh and I forgot to tell how he belittled the lady that had been so helpful, when she tried to explain that they had had that complaint before about the outlet. Needless to say, we will never go back there!

Liked: very clean and well maintained
Disliked: pillows were flat

Liked: Not much. Convient location for my needs.
Disliked: Breakfast skimpy and cold. Very disappointing. Things have been economize to the point that nothing was left. Over priced for what received.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was cold. Coffee was cold. Had to climb stairs even though there was only 3 vehicles in the parking lot. Bathroom was in need of repairs. We stayed here because it had a breakfast. We didn’t even eat there the second morning. The high price did not match the accommodations.

I would not recommend.

Liked: The heating unit worked fine.
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible! The food in warmers was all cold. Put it in the microwave but it still was bad. Went down for coffee early the second morning and the coffee in the pot was still from the previous day. We left at that time without breakfast. The bathroom could use a major remodel. The vestibule was so cold that you could see your breath. There were 4 cars in the parking lot but we still had to carry all of our stuff up the steps to the second floor. The beds were very soft.
