Liked: Everyone there was very pleasant. Especially Nikki.
Disliked: That they don't make your beds when you're gone or stay several days. And garbage cans are way too small.

Liked: Breakfast was poorly done, and fruit was over ripe or spoiled. Access to the front desk to register was ridiculous. (Doors were locked to front Access all day) once checked in and had a key, all was well. There is no elevator to the second floor.

Disliked: I called the hotel yesterday to inquire if the $250 incidental fee was accurate. The gal who answered seemed confused on that and said no, at most it would be $40.00 if anything. I booked the hotel for my husband who was traveling for work. When my husband checked out, I received an email for a ‘safe’ charge on our credit card. With credit card fraud being an issue nowadays, I inquired about the charge. The person who messaged back met me with nothing but rudeness about my inquiry and stated that ‘there’s signs posted everywhere.’ The hotel in and of itself was great. The staff, not so much. Be sure to watch for hidden fees not advertised on booking when you check in.

Liked: All the staff we encountered were very nice.
Disliked: Beds are way too soft. Felt like you sank into the bed. The perfume smell was awful and it felt damp and humid. Got back Saturday and had to go down to front desk for towels because housekeeping didn't do anything in our room.
