This hotel is definitely not...

Liked: Did not have breakfast because I did not want to keep using the stairs. The location was fine.
Disliked: First thing was main entrance was locked with a sign by the phone that the hotel was short staff. Not a good sign! When I reached someone on the phone and I told them I had a reservation I had to wait out until I was told the check time was 3 pm and my room may not be ready. Business was being taken care of at the front door. After finally being buzz in I was told my room would be on the second floor. I had requested a room on the first floor because I'm a senior citizen was health issues. Got into a argument with the person behind the counter. Need to teach employees how to handle difficult situations. Came back later and check-in without any problems. Get ready for bed and theirs no extra blanket so I decided to try one of large towels in bath. All the towels were too damp to use because they were not dried completely. The next morning the towels were still damp.
