Liked: Staff was great. Hotel was clean rooms were clean.
Disliked: Centrally located but I thought it would have a better view of the lake. Would be nice if there was an option to pick lake view.

Liked: Very clean, beds were comfortable. Loved the available fridge and microwave. The location was perfect and it?s next to the Deep Water restaurant which is very good.
Disliked: Nothing it was all good.

Liked: Nice hotel, I?ll stay again. The breakfast to go was convenient and offered an excellent selection compared to most hotels during COVID. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: It was a nice place, the only thing that was inconvenient is there wasn?t a person at the front desk, you had to pick up the phone and call someone down. It took 3-5 minutes for her to get there. I wouldn?t think that was a huge deal, but someone checking in a couple of hours after me was also waiting a while for a staff member to help them out. It just seems to be an inconvenient way to run a front desk.

Liked: Brfst was all pre packaged, understandable.... there was a large selection and it was perfect for the kids
Disliked: We went downstairs to the car twice and each time the phone just rang and rang, we seen no one. We were having problems signing in to the internet and called down a couple times and the phone just rang and rang, we're not even sure someone was here...????

Liked: We had a room with a view and it was great! Staff were friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Due to COVID no hot breakfast
