Liked: No safety concerns. staff is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Cleanliness - room was pretty dirty. To the point I got disinfectant wipes and cleaned myself. Bathroom faucet, floor, tub faucet, drain and bottom were visibly dirty, so I cleaned it all assuming what I couldn't tell was also not cleaned. Clearly no vacuuming or tub cleaning has been done in a while. Probably not after multiple customer stays. Comforters were stained (big black marks on white comforters), but inside sheets were clean. I checked because this has not always been the case. Bathroom floor and carpeting very dirty where quick vacuum would have made a huge difference. Wouldn't walk in bare feet there. Didn't intend to use it, but pool hasn't been opened in years, despite what website says if you are looking to entertain kids. Only remember it being open the 1st few years when the hotel was new.

Dirty, floor was gross, broken...
Liked: Close to our annual Christmas party. It was quite.
Disliked: Carpets dirty. Constant smell of pot in the stair way. Dirty door. Bed skirts were dirty. One of the beds was broken and slanted to the side. Free breakfast was extremely limited, didn’t even have bread for the toaster. At this price point, it’s not a good value. This was our 5th stay at this hotel and every year it seemed to get a little worse. Won't be staying here again.
