Liked: The room was clean and the area was really nice. Close to local restaurants and stores. The bed was comfortable, and they even gave you a choice of what type of pillow you wanted, either soft or firm.

Liked: Good breakfast, but you need to be there early as items get picked over and are rarely replenished. Now charging $1.75 a day for a safe in the room, whether used or not. Odd policy. Hotel location is excellent with the Waverly Restaurant and Bar right a crossed the street. Good parking and safe part of town. Close to the lake, if that is important to you.

Liked: Lake Michigan view. From the room we had. We enjoy staying in your motel It’s peaceful and quiet Nice and clean and affordable.

Disliked: The room temperature was difficult to regulate. My room was next to a stairway making it a bit loud. The hallway was very cold. I clean hotels so I notice things. My room window was dirty on the inside. The bathroom ceiling vent was very dirty. The bathroom mirror ledge was dusty and the glass was linty. The t.v. had no guide and there wasn't a guide setting on the remote. Alot of slamming doors throughout my stay. The breakfast area tables weren't that clean and the eggs on the second day were cold.The wall by the garbage can in the breakfast area is dirty.
