The location is convenient, but...

Liked: Location is good - close to the activities we were taking part in
Disliked: The hotel screwed me! I paid in full here at booking.com - the hotel charged my card in full again. When I caught the charge they refunded that amount & then charged me another $13.99 that I still never got refunded. I'm not happy at all with the customer service & the lady on the phone, Angie I think, was very rude

Liked: Not much. The day off my arrival the Mgr was on site and was pleasant.
Disliked: had to call a couple of times before my stay, rude phone manners, and didn't even want to help with my situation. Requested an early arrival and was told they don't do that. They advertised a shuttle, and they didn't have one. Had to spend an extra 92 dollars for the ride needed. They only had breakfast until 9 a.m., and the beds were terrible. It was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep. The only good thing about the room was that it had a coffee maker in it, and it was at least clean. They up charge the rooms because of an event in the next town. I will not stay there, and I recommend you take them off your list as a good hotel
