Not the same

Liked: The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: We normally stay here several times a year when we come to visit family. In the past, it has always smelled so clean coming in the door. This was not the case this time. Our room wasn't as nice as they have been in the past either. One of the pillows had blood on it, the air conditioner struggled to cool the room and the refrigerator couldn't keep up and cool the food we had brought with us so we had to keep it cool in a cooler. We did ask for help with the refrigerator, but we're told it was because it was too full. They also gave us another pillow to replace the one with blood on it.

Disliked: Walking to restaurants is not feasible, while close, no sidewalks. Lounge in hotel had mediocre food but understaffed to provide service. Poor receptionist was doing it all

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The desk person was new to the job but was super friendly and hospitable. We have stayed at the Cobblestone many times while visiting family. One of the things that keeps us coming back is how clean it smells. Right when you walk in to the lobby it smells so super clean.
