Room wasn't ready, no staff...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Although I THINK our room was cleaned, it was not adequately prepared for our arrival. And we arrived in the evening. The items that I noticed were missing: Bath towels, ice bucket liner, laundry bag, bathroom glasses. There was only 1 bar soap. There may have been other missing items. I'm not sure. I have never in my life had to go seek out bath towels.

Loved it!

Liked: I loved the room, it was comfortable and lot's of room, the bed was very comfortable. My back felt great! The pool was fun and the breakfast was delicious and a big variety of food was out. Plenty for everyone. The staff is very friendly and professional.
Disliked: Can't think of anything we didn't like.

Liked: The room and the lobby area were very clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and I liked that beverages were available as well as a breakfast bar. The hotel is very nice but has a humidity problem. See below for what lowered my rating for our stay.
Disliked: There was definitely a humidity problem, which made the bedsheets feel dampish. The sheets were clean but felt clammy. The bed also was too soft. I think the hotel needs to use dehumidifiers in the summer.
