Liked: Just about everything. Staff helpful and polite. Facilties were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Pool was a little cloudy. Didn't pick up our trash daily or replenish our towels

Disappointing stay

Liked: On this particular stay, not much. I stay here often -- about 4x a year. Location is convenient. Hotel is generally quiet. I hope this stay isn't a sign of things going downhill.
Disliked: Front desk clerk insulted me at check in when I wouldn't provide my email address. The room had one side bed lamp, which was damaged. The rooms normally have three -- one on either side of the bed and one on the desk. The bathtub rail where you would hang a washcloth was missing -- broken clear off. The rack to hang clothes must have been used as a chin up bar -- crooked and not secured to the wall on one side. Coffee, which is typically good, was awful. As I mentioned, I have stayed here often. Time will tell if I need to find another go-to hotel for the area.

Convenient stayin a safe location

Liked: The staff were very kind and efficient. The room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was plentiful.
Disliked: There wasn’t a restaurant/bar on site.

Nice stay

Liked: Nice room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.
Disliked: No elevator.

We didn't stay.

Liked: The staff apologized for the room not being clean and agreed to a refund as we didn't stay.
Disliked: We were unable to stay and had to travel back home.

Great staff and very clean....

Liked: Nice quiet hotel with amazing staff. It was very clean and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was your average hotel breakfast so it was decent. The pool was small but the kids and I had a good time in it. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. I highly recommend it.
Disliked: I really don't have anything negative to say. It was an overall pleasant experience.
