All in all it was...

Liked: The location was amazing! Our son goes to Mercyhurst and it was within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go and wanted to do. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Staff was AMAZING! From check in to check out!
Disliked: The value. We had two rooms, one king one double queen yet both rooms cost the same. But I'm sure location of the hotel was more the reason. My husband hated the light as it never turned green. You just sit for the most part.

Very good

Liked: Location was great, breakfast was great, Only problem was carpet definitely needed shampooed. Was very dirty. Staff was kind and courteous. Didn't use the pool. It is a salt water pool.
Disliked: Carpet was dirty

Great location, hotel standards seem...

Liked: Breakfast was fine. A lot of people this morning with kids and they made a real mess of things.
Disliked: The ice machine was in the main hallway right across from our room. People would get ice and spill some of it on the hall carpet and not pick it up. This is messy and could cause someone to slip.The ice machine should be in a side room somewhere. The bed was way too soft. The toilet was loose on its mount.The grounds were messy and had debris.We have stayed here before and had been impressed. I'm wondering if the hotel has been sold and the new owner is cutting corners.

Good place to stay with...

Liked: Breakfast was good although day after the holiday weekend, they were out of several items eg yoghurt, milk, fruit. Room was very comfortable and clean Great bed with variety of pillow types. Bit of a musty odour in room and hall but not too bad. Front desk staff member with dreds was very welcoming and friendly. EXCELLENT LOCATION.
Disliked: Nothing. Would stay there again Good value for the price.
