Exceptional

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was amazing. They have a little bar in lobby. Located across from lake Erie dock. Breakfast had good variety of hot and cold offerings.
Disliked: No hot water! Good thing it was 85 degrees outside. Nothing said on check in. When asked Staff was aware, did not offer hope of immediate fix. If you know your hotel is without hot water guests should be informed upon check in, and given the option to make other arrangements. Due to proximity on very busy waterfront road, very, very noisy. Access drives on either side of building noise from cars and Motorcycles very loud.

Liked: Normal hotel room, had microwave and mini fridge. Staff was ok
Disliked: Had to ask 3 people over 12 hours to fix toilet that wasn’t working. Pool closed over half the stay. Housekeeping did not clean room during 2 night stay.
