Liked: The view! Waking up to see the bay is such an amazing way to start the day.speaking of starting the day there is free breakfast with all the usual hotel staples including waffles. The mini waffle maker in addition to the large one is a nice touch!! everything was well stocked and fresh and the staff were very kind in the morning. Just have to say can the hash be available all days? its not something you see often and was missed when it wasn't there all the days we stayed.The 24/7 access to coffee and hot water for tea along with a wide selection of tea bags was highly appreciated ! The bed was comfy and the addition of the sofa bed in the room we stayed in was very nice, however there needs to be a fitted sheet provided for said sofa bed! The staff in general was very nice, relaxed and down to earth! I had to feel bad for them on the free concert night though lol. our provided parking passes were highly appreciated and used with no problem. The double booking was handled by a nice morning staff member who was so nice but i didn't get her name. The second time it happened it was also handled. I'm not sure why the overnight staff kept recharging it.The location to everything we were doing honestly couldn't be beat!! its so close to everything and is really easy to get back to at the end of along fun day!THE WATER PRESSURE in the shower was AMAZING!! and the hot water was so nice!!All in all id stay again as long as i could avoid the bigger negative thing.
Disliked: Lets get the VERY few negatives out of the way.Need a fitted sheet for the sofa bed in the suiteThe bathrooms need fansThe pool could use a good cleaning as there was green build up on the walls but the pool itself is a decent size for a pool by the water and id never experienced a saltwater pool before!We did have some what looked like pasta sauce stains on our carpet but the rest of the room and bathroom were clean and the housekeeping staff were very nice as wellThe wifi could use a little boost.The big one was the double charging. I prepaid through a third party app ( booking.com) and then got charged on my card i was using for incidentals. It was fixed but then happened again and was fixed again. I'm wanting to stay again in the future but was a lil hesitant with that happening. Something to note for anyone booking through booking.

Liked: It was very clean. It was competitively priced
Disliked: It's very noisy from the road, and no room away from the road was available. For me, the bed and pillows were too soft. It felt that there should be more staff in the morning. Breakfast service and checkouts required another hand most days. It was sad that there was only an outdoor smoking spot, but no other place to sit outside on the property, especially as there is a lovely view.

Liked: Great location. A suite was a good option for us instead of booking 2 rooms elsewhere.
Disliked: Door to bedroom locked when closed and could only be opened from the inside. The sofa bed was not very comfortable.

Disliked: This time...Kids (little girls about 6 or 7 yrs) were running up and down the hallways on the 3rd floor above us without parental supervision..and playing on elevators between floors also..when we were leaving they were in a d out of the elavator on 2nd floor, like they were playing tag..Lightbulb on bedside table lamp needs replaced ..room 207
