Disliked: The pool was ice cold, they said it was heated at 90 but it was freezing, huge disappointment when traveling with kids, and they didn’t seem to care to have it looked at or even want the problem to be fixed. We booked it for the heated pool specifically

Liked: The staff was exceptionally friendly. The facilities were very clean.

Liked: The hotel was within walking distance to the OmniPlex. Facility was very clean and the staff ensured we had towels for our room every night.
Disliked: Internet was very spotty and no cell service. You literally had to step off tge hotel grounds in order to get service.
