Liked: Location CleanStaff
Disliked: Bed.Issue with booking room through booking. Com.Somehow got double booked and double charged. Trying to settle with hotel so not to be double charged for staying in one room.

It was ok, the smell...

Liked: The location was close to our desired destination.
Disliked: There was a ventilation problem. Throughout the entire hotel, including the elevator, there was an unpleasant bad cooking oil smell.

Disliked: We asked to have room made up twice. They did not do it. Chair broken in room. Shower water was too hard for me to turn on.. had to have husband di it. One soda was 6.50. Room not worth 200 at all.. front desk could not help at all...housekeeping was gone at 6m when we got back to see room a mess.. very disappointed

Great room and location...staff was...

Liked: Buying a pizza and making it there so late at night was a huge plus!
Disliked: Didn't know you had a shuttle service.
