It was perfect for the...

Liked: Several blocks from the boardwalk but only steps from the beach and everything else.
Disliked: No bed making but they did replace towels and clean the bathroom daily. Breakfast selection could be better but good enough to grab and go.

Exceptional

Liked: Location is great, close to various restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice to be able to have a quick morning snack to grab to eat. Staff was friendly.and helpful. We stayed for three nights and were happy with our stay.
Disliked: The noise from coastal highway can be loud at night.

Very average and tired.

Liked: Proximity to beach.
Disliked: The total chaos checking in. One lady doing her best, not her fault. Get some staff!!!

Superb

Liked: Very clean, can walk to restaurants and close to the beach. Had a great view for fireworks at Northside Park
Disliked: Wished they had a continental breakfast. Just had grab and go.
