Good

Liked: attractive hotel - our refurbished room although not completed furnished with new items coming, was very nice. Staff were helpful - facility was clean and well presented.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing compared to other NS and PEI hotels at a similar level.Pillows were WAY too fluffy - if you are going to use 4 pillows, why not have two full and two flatter ones. I finally used bath towels instead of the pillow to get to sleep

Good location, good hotel.

Liked: Great location, rooms are big and spacious.
Disliked: The pool is very shallow, not for adults to swim in. No disposal slippers (this is a personal preference, but I like to get slippers from the hotel rather than having to pack my own for trips)

Liked: Location for my needs
Disliked: Prices were falsely advertised. Double the surcharge for a pet is price gouging. It makes no sense that a room facing the parking lot costs More than a room upstairs. And you're already charging for the pet. The extra surcharge in top of the 25$ for a pet is a scam..And the breakfast offerings are poor. And the sheets on my bed were stained to make matters worse

Liked: Amy at the front was so friendly and very helpful. She told us all about the area and where to go. There is a great little Keurig machine and kirkland coffee in the room. Things were in good condition and clean with lots of towels, soap etc. There is a pool too. We did not have breakfast there, so I can't speak to that. It is 2 min walk to Tim Hortons and Le Rouge restaurant, a wonderful restaurant.
Disliked: I wish they did a bit better tidy up of room, ie; mirror, sink, and taps. Beds could have been a bit more well made. We still left a good tip though as nit a huge issue.
