Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing. Not much variety. Had to ask for utensils. Room had some damage (bed frame, dresser drawer). Young Hickey players kept knocking on our door then running away. Front desk staff could not give us directions.

Disliked: The breakfast was a bit disappointing in terms of offerings - it would be best be described as a continental breakfast.

Disliked: Coffee maker in room didn't work. Floor was dirty around bed. Informed person at desk during check-out and was told a partial credit was issued to credit card. The credit has yet to be seen. Hotel was emailed regarding this but did not respond.
