Last minute road trip

Liked: The rooms are spacious and clean (king suite). The balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy the view. We enjoyed the hot tub (jets are powerful) and the pool. Parking was ample and easy to access.
Disliked: Only coffee is available in the rooms. Could you add tea bags for the few of us who don't like coffee, lol?

Exceptional

Liked: We loved having direct access to the ocean and boardwalk. We also loved that the hotel was within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.
Disliked: Steep entrance to the parking garage caused our vehicle to drag and scrape. We did find that one of the bed covers had dried blood along the bottom edge.

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, and GREAT STAFF

Liked: Coastal hotel and suites allowed me to check in early , after having to leave a different resort due to some uncomfortable situations. The staff are all AMAZING, super helpful, knowledgeable, and pay very close attention to detail! The entire hotel is VERY CLEAN! Our room was super comfortable, very, very clean, and the beds and pillows were so comfy. During breakfast, they all team up to keep everything clean, stocked, fresh, and hot! The 24 hour coffee was a very good bonus. The pool was great, the location was right on the beach, and within walking distance from many attractions, restaurants, and shops. We use the laundry facilities while we were there and they were also very clean inside and out.
