Felt like a makeover of...

Liked: Ross and partner were excellent hosts. Very friendly, made us feel welcome. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Room was a bit musty/dusty smelling. Wall heater was old, noisy, also dusty smelling a bit.

Our stay at this place...

Liked: The room was clean although it did smell like cigarette smoke.
Disliked: The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pipes are loud. The walls and ceiling are thin and you can hear everything from all of the surrounding rooms. The water temp in the shower was changing from scolding hot to freezing cold, making it almost impossible to take a shower. The thing that finally made us check out early was that the toilet clogged in the middle of the night. When calling the front desk for help they totally tried to blow us off and got off the line. After calling them back and demanding that at the very least they bring us a toilet plunger before this toilet overflows and floods the whole room they finally dropped a plunger at our door and dashed away before anyone could see who it was. I would not recommend this place and will never stay here again.

Liked: Very nice staff, room was clean and recently renovated. The location is very close to the water and has a view of Morro Rock . I would definitely stay here again . Price was also very reasonable for a good sized room with a view .
Disliked: No

Liked: Management was very nice and informative of areas of where to go to and were very helpful.
Disliked: I didn’t like that you could hear the next door neighbors.
