Disappointing.

Liked: The location. The bed is comfortable. The bidets.
Disliked: I used to really like this property. This stay wasn’t great. From a desk agent who wasn’t great through to a full on strike of hotel staff mid stay - interrupting any services such as housekeeping or restaurants. Our room had no furniture to sit on other than a single chair or the bed.

Liked: Good size room and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Very rude staff at dinner at the Blue Crab restaurant, however front desk staff friendly. Still only one lift in operation during a very busy weekend.

Location excellent, great view and...

Liked: Location and the staff was excellent.
Disliked: They were working on the elevator our whole stay. We took the stairs as the wait for the only remaining elevator was very very long. We had to carry our luggage down the stairs to get into the our car.

Liked: Location and the view were great.
Disliked: A bit outdated. Lifts being renovated. Threadbare carpets.

Great place to stay!!

Liked: The view was spectacular! Everything you needed was within walking distance. The water taxis have a pick up/drop off right there. You have a Whale watching tour right below. The room was beautiful and clean.
Disliked: Only one elevator was working during our 2 day stay. And on our final day we couldn’t get breakfast at their restaurant because there was a strike going on. They did provide a little continental breakfast but not what we wanted.

Lovely time in Victoria, watching...

Liked: Room overlooked the busy harbour which was fun to watch! Seaplanes, water taxis and other vessels were all on the water!
Disliked: They promised a birthday gift and it never happened.The cost of the room was high.
