Very good

New and comfy beds

Liked: The bed was very comfy room and the room was spacious and new. Staff was very friendly and kind. Pillows were lovely and not all floppy and over used. Loved the floors.
Disliked: No extra locks on door made for a tough night of sleep for a female traveling alone. Color scheme was a bit much. A little too overwhelming and not well coordinated with walls and furniture. Location of spa controls is inconvenient. No blinds on windows. and the curtain was not big enough to cover everything. No extra pillows of blankets in the room.

Exceptional

River view and close to...

Liked: The room and river view were wonderful. Comfortable bed and plenty of room.
Disliked: The hair dryer caught fire when I turned it on and the soap and shampoo in the shower were not labeled. There was no hair conditioner.

Passable?

Liked: The location is not bad.
Disliked: The fitted sheet on the bed was inside out. It looked like they just did it on purpose to use the "other side"..There was hair in one of the pillows. There was hair in the shower curtain. The ladies at the reception were extremely rude.

No HVAC system on ground...

Liked: I appreciated that they're pet friendly and gave us a ground-floor room, since our dog is elderly.
Disliked: No HVAC system in the unit at all. Just a dirty ground-floor window with a bent screen that looked into a very accessible alley way, plus a plug-in plastic fan that was caked in about 8 layers of dust.The two front desk staff were nice enough, but the (I'm assuming) housekeeping manager literally walked into the front office and started gossiping about how she was going to fire one of her housekeepers that was currently on shift. Just continued on and on and on about it with the front desk staff, and all three of them chatted about it as if I wasn't even there!

Survived

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: Give you the room you booked. Waterview with balcony. We got patio with byshview. Very plain. Beds for me too hard. The pillows were too hard. The cable box was in the back of the TV. I know as it fell during the night. Needs a serious update. The furniture is very old. We went right back to the lobby about the wrong room. Lady, did they let me look at what I have since you're a two-night stay? Surprise nothing. The table and two chairs on the “porch” were so rusted your affairs of getting tetanus.

Hidden Gem In Seaside

Liked: Debbie at the front desk was very helpful, and told me a shortcut way to get there. Because there was an accident on 101. I appreciate all the help she gave me . I loved my stay .
