Disliked: We booked through booing.com and got a good deal but they don’t have our booking when we checked in. We were told to call booking.com by ourselves even we have shown a printed receipt with our payment and booking number as proof. It was a quite unpleasant experience. We asked why can’t they contact booking.com to settle the problem themselves. Then, we were asked to wait for few minutes because it might need to be handled by their hotel manager who had not arrived to the hotel yet.Couch in our room was not cleaned but Joseph took care out it for us and he was really nice and efficient and handled our situation very well. On our last day, our door was knocked by a housekeeper before our check out time, even we had “do not disturb sign” on the door. We have seen that same person knocking on the other rooms prior to the check out time on our way out. Housekeeping really need to do a better job.
