Would stay again but no...

Liked: The bed was comfortable the room had AC and Heat that worked. Great location really close to everything Long Beach
Disliked: The doors are raised about an inch, so you can already assume bugs (which we did have 3 roaches). And a bunch of small bugs on the floor. Floors were greasy and appeared to have dirt and hair from people who weren’t us.

Liked: not a damn thing property is DIRTY AND INFESTED WITH ROACHES TGE CRAWL EVERYWHERE ON EVERYTHING WHEN YOU TELL THEM THEY LAUGH AND SAY ITS OKAY I DIDNT EVEN STAY HERE AND THEY TRYING TO KEEP MY MONEY SOMEONE NEED TO CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND CPS ON
Disliked: I DIDNT LIKE NONE OF IT PLACE IS DIRTY AND INFESTED WITH ROACHES ABD BUGS WHEN YOU ASK FIR YOUR MOBEY BACK THEY YELL AT YOU AND LIE SO THEY DONT GOT TO GOVE BACK YOUR MONEY WHEN I LEFT THEY GUY CALLED ME AND ASKED ME WHY DID I LEAVE O TOLD HIM HIS PROPERTY IS DIRTY AND NOT A SUITABLE LIVING ENVIRONMENT FOR ME TOLD ME HE WOULD REFUND MY MONEY AND NEXT TIME TO COME TO HIM MAN NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY HAD TO CALL THE PPL I BOOKED THROUGH AND HE IGNORED THEM TOO

Worst experience I have ever...

Liked: I didn't like anything to be honest.
Disliked: The place was under construction or something. There was broken furniture and what not all over the walk way upstairs near my room. The TV didn't work. There was someone sleeping outside my door when I woke up in the morning and they were there until I left at check out time. The room was dirty and had holes in the wall. There were bugs crawling on the walls.

Liked: So I never got to stay at this hotel when we arrived 2 hours prior to our 3:00 check-in we were told the room was given away and they had another facility down the road so we took that facility and we went there I don't know how you can give away a room when the check-in hadn't even begun
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that they gave our room away and we had to go down the road to one of their other locations when that was the hotel I picked

Disliked: first off I got a voicemail message from the hotel,on the day of the reservation, that they changed my hotel to a different hotel than I had booked. We get there and they tried to charge me extra. I refused to pay more for getting moved, when it wasn’t even my decision to move hotels. We get to the room and it smells like smoke and there was a cigarette butt in the room! we had no hot water or even warm water. we told them and they said they were going to fix it. it did not get fixed, cold showers the whole stay!!

Beware of the real price...

Liked: I could sleep there, after all.
Disliked: The man on reception ask to pay for taxes and parking that was already included in the price. He said that the price can't be so cheap, even when we show him our booking. The room was really dirty, old and smelly. Our clothes smelt of this place during the rest of our trip. I would'nt recomend to stay here.

Liked: no breakfast available. never stayed there. they didnt honor our reservation. the place was disgusting and overrun with homeless people. stayed down the street at a regular hotel.
Disliked: horrible service
