Excellent choice, clean close to...

Liked: Everything was fantastic about this hotel..except only one elevator working. It was super clean everyone was extremely friendly. We are at the restaurant in the same parking lot which was wonderful. Free shuttle pick up to and from SEA airport. Check out was simple.
Disliked: Nothing really just only one of two elevators working. But everything was wonderful.

Liked: Free guest laundry, close to awesome Sharps Roadhouse (literally next door), free airport shuttle, free breakfast.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Vape smoke sets off alarm....

Liked: Location was great for a stay right before your flight. Comfy beds too.
Disliked: I didn’t like the sensitivity of their fire alarms, unfortunately. I had to be up at 3:30am so I went to sleep early inly to be jolted out of my body by the fire alarm at 11:30pm. Does it really have to be THAT loud? Loud is good, I get it, but this alarm is piercing loud. And it was a false alarm for someone vaping in their room on 2nd floor. I’m not a smoker of any sort, and I hate that people can’t just follow the rules, but does the whole place need to be punished for the vaping?

Disliked: Lift was very slow, shower water pressure was poor

Disliked: Airpot shuttle was expected but not available.

Dependable comfort

Liked: Everyone on staff is courteous and professional which shows in the cheerful fellow guests and safe, clean premises.Check-in,Morning breakfast,Well made bed and plenty of pillows and clean towels are the result of staff who do their job well and care about helping guests have the best stay. Then ...the best...the shuttle driver and his on-time transport to and from the airport ! Guests from the airport are picked up and dropped off efficiently,with time allowed for cheerful help with luggage and information.That shuttle reliability is a big part of why we choose to stay at Coast Gateway.We have not used luggage storage but are very glad it is offered.
Disliked: I did not like being denied late checkout or something accomadatinA day pass or generous late check out can improve trip planning that requires a mid day or evening flight.Noon checkout, when flights are leaving the airport late in the evening, can mean a long time sitting somewhere other than the comfortable room or fitness and pool area.
