Great place to stay!

Liked: Easy to find. Close to amenities. Quiet. Blackberry bush right outside.

Poor air quality but nice...

Liked: The check in staff were very friendly and the room was updated and modern and clean except for the odor of strong cologne and then cigarette smoke.
Disliked: Rooms need special cleaning if someone has smoked in them and cleaning products should always be scent free. If someone uses heavy colognes that smell also stays in a room so I'm not sure what happened but the room needed airing out and a proper clean. I had to leave the door open for half an hour at 11 pm at night to air it out enough to sleep.

Great stay!

Liked: I loved the waterfall showers and comfie beds! I loved the keurig for coffee and the massive TV! The great plug ins at bedside for USBC and USB and regular pronged plug ins. Otherwise awesome.
Disliked: The only complaint I have is there’s no microwave. Woulda loved a hot tub.

Liked: The hotel was recently renovated. Very clean and comfort. Have a pool that is very accessible.
Disliked: Very close to the main road and sometimes can be a little bit noisy.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay that...

Liked: We were really pleasantly surprised by our stay here. The renovations are beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, the outdoor pool was open early (7:00am) and closed late (10:00pm) and the water was so warm. The beds are one of the most comfiest beds I've ever slept in at a hotel. The shower head and water pressure was excellent. We had a quick overnight stay so didn't get a chance to enjoy the other amenities like the seating/picnic area around back or the BBQ's. I love the location of the hotel as well which is just off the bypass and close to all the things you need like gas stations, grocery store, liquor store, Tim Horton's, restaurants and other kinds of shopping. We'll definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing. We loved it. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Exceptional value, exceptional service.

Liked: The staff was so professional and helpful. "Son" is his name and he should be giving hospitality training to those interested in the field. Another staff member gave my partner five dollars out of his own pocket for the vending machine as we had no change and it was not taking his card. (My partner repayed the person). Lovely games area, the pool water was just right and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. They also have an area - a cabana area with a fire spot, chairs and lounge where we can sit back and enjoy. We had the opportunity to meet other travellers.
Disliked: Wish I was there longer to enjoy the pool.
