Liked: Room was really clean and quiet, softness of the sheets and bed. Staff was very kind. Location was very comfortable and near from many attractions places, public transportation and the hop-on-hop-off city tour
Disliked: coffee capsules, too much plastic

Liked: The hotel was good, staff was friendly and good location. The room was confortable and very large.
Disliked: Poor value for money, if compared with other hotels in Canada. Unfortunately hotels are very expensive in Vancouver.

Amazing location and staff!

Liked: The staff was kind and attentive. The room was beautiful and clean. We also had a free shuttle. The driver was very nice and punctual.
Disliked: The room next door the first night was loud but it wasn't the hotel's fault and when we told the staff they told us to call immediately if it happens again.
