Liked: The location near the harbor is great.Also enjoyed a beer at the restaurant, very pleasant.
Disliked: Breakfast is too expensive, so we ate elsewhere.

Liked: This is a Great hotel in a Great location without being in as crowded and busy an area as others in the city while still being so close and convenient to everything! Loved the proximity to the water and seeing water and mountains within a minute of leaving our door!

Liked: Concierge was most helpful. View of coal harbor from 9th floor was stupendous. Taxi always available in less than 3 minutes. Breakfast at Prestons was better than expected.

Liked: The hotel was in a wonderful location close to Stanley Park and the water. The staff and concierge were extremely helpful and friendly and really helped us have a great time in Vancouver.The room was lovely.

Great location, hotel a little...

Liked: Good location. Nice that it had a pool and gym, but pool was not very clean and not well maintained. Room had great view, spacious and very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Overall property not well maintained or clean. Walls in room dirty which could be wiped off if had been noticed. Bathroom not well maintained. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful at desk at check in.
