Disappointed. Not value for money.

Liked: Beautiful amenities
Disliked: There is no privacy between the rooms with no sound proofing. Terrible.

Ideal location for mini break

Liked: Location is perfect, staff is friendly, check in/out easy.
Disliked: I couldn't close the curtains all the way so it was a bit bright. I've stayed here before and it was fine so it was probably just that room.

Liked: The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. We really appreciated their attitude and willingness to assist.When we requested housekeeping, the room was cleaned nicely: the floor was washed, towels replaced, and everything was tidied up.The hotel has potential, and the overall impression could have been positive if not for a few issues.Great location — just a 5-minute walk to the waterfront and right in the city center.There is a restaurant on-site with tasty food, which was a pleasant surprise and very convenient.
Disliked: We were traveling with two children, one of them an infant (1 year old). The website clearly stated that the room includes a baby crib, but instead we were given a children’s playpen, which is absolutely not the same. This is a serious issue for families with small children. The hotel should either update the information on the site or actually provide proper baby cribs.We stayed for 2 nights. After the first night, we were too tired to make any complaints, but on the second night we asked for cleaning, as the floor was sticky, which is a big problem since our baby crawls around.Although the staff cleaned the room thoroughly, the floor remained sticky even after the second cleaning. I’m not sure why, but this was a major inconvenience.The room needs a refresh — everything felt a bit worn out and tired. A small renovation would definitely make the stay more comfortable.

Very good

Liked: Great room, decent size, nice furniture and very clean. Amazing toilet haha (heated seat and washing system). The bathroom was also very nice in general. Food was excellent. The new Japanese spa was also excellent - best massage I've had. Wonderful location, close to the water and an easy run to Stanley Park.
Disliked: Terrible view staring right into an office building across the way. I couldn't even have curtains open because I could clearly see people walking around at close distance. Not even a tiny view of anything that wasn't another building.
