Nothing special for the price...

Liked: Comfortable room and beds.
Disliked: Noisy air conditioner. The drapes kept falling off the hooks and I had to actually stand on a chair to hook them back on to close. For the price, I would expect breakfast and parking to be included.

It was handy to town...

Liked: Handy to walk into town. Nice view out the window. Mijela was very nice in reception.
Disliked: Noisy air conditioning we turned ours off and heard next doors. Paying for car park.

Liked: the Restaurant is amazing! the pool and hot tub is so nice. not to cold and not too hot. the location cant be beat. all kinds of amenities across the street from brewers coffee to subway and some cute boutique restaurants!

Great hotel in Canmore

Liked: Great hotel for staying in Canmore, easy to walk downtown to the shops/ restaurants and walking trails.Very friendly staff.Liked that the Banff airporter dropped off and picked up at this hotel from Calgary airport.
Disliked: The room was very basic, only a small hanging area for clothes. There was no cupboards/drawers to put the rest of your clothes, we ended up just using our suitcases for the rest of our clothes, even though there was plenty of space around to put some in the room.The air conditioning unit was very loud, it would cut in and out all night.

Good location and friendly staff,...

Liked: Excellent location, easy to find. The staff was friendly. Parking was convenient, and I appreciated having a ground-floor room which was practical. I really enjoyed the restaurant for dinner, the food was very good and the service was nice. Right across the street there’s a small shopping center with several dining options and laundry facilities.
Disliked: The room felt outdated and, compared to the photos, I expected better. For the price, I think there could be improvements. Also, the parking was paid, which is a bit disappointing given the room rates. I guess the popularity of the destination drives prices up.
