Very good

Liked: Location in the middle of downtown is very reliable, staff are helpful and kind.
Disliked: This is our third stay, but the kitchen equipment is incomplete (no pot or spatula, broken coffee machine).

Thanks to the filipino staff...

Liked: Everything is walking distance where ever i go.
Disliked: Nothing

Well located and appointed suites...

Liked: Kitchen with all the basics. Enough room. Comfortable. Unlike some others, we found it very quiet - not at all noisy. Well located close to town centre and walking distance to everything. Helpful staff.
Disliked: As others have said it’s a little dated, and price maybe a little on the high side, but a very comfortable stay and no complaints.

Liked: Location is great. It’s close to our convention centre.I love that it has a kitchenette.
Disliked: There isn’t anything to dislike. It’s a place good enough for a short stay.

Great Location & Friendly Staff

Liked: This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to most attractions. My suite was very spacious and clean. The Japanese-style toilet with a bidet was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The Wifi could have been better but this didn't affect me as I had free local data on my international plan.
