Comfortable and friendly accomodation in...

Liked: Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms (except the bathroom). Very clean. New sofas delivered. Close to the C Train (3 blocks walk).
Disliked: Curtains could be replaced / updated.

Very good

Liked: Location is great. It was quiet. Elevators are very fast and smooth.Excellent Wi-Fi.
Disliked: The room seemed quite warm. Also, the sofa bed was replaced on June 23. I didn't use it for sleeping but it wasn't very comfortable to sit on.

Very good

Liked: Unit was very clean and was well equipped. Bathroom was a bit tight but still ok. Proximity to public transportation was useful
Disliked: The sofa bed was not very comfortable. The comfort improved somewhat when the bed was replaced

Nice location, good amenities, great...

Liked: It’s quiet and spacious, great location, with full kitchen, fancy toilet, nice amenities, no paper towels. We anticipate a great night sleep. $25CAN for parking. It brightened up when we opened the curtains. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Could not connect the TV to internet so unable to watch anything but basic TV. Front desk could not help. Appeared other rooms were connecting to our rooms chrome cast. A bit of a frustration.

I had a nice stay...

Liked: Really large apartment, convenient location. I managed to take a bus from/to the airport from the bus station nearby.
Disliked: Only one elevator was working, but at one point even that stopped, so I had to walk up to the 11th floor on foot.

Liked: Good central location. Spacious, neat rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel parking at the building.
Disliked: A bit dated building and a very small bathroom. No possibility for breakfast on site.
