Very accommodating

Liked: Excellent location, comfortable,clean. Excellent host, central location, 1 minute from the beach. Cheap parking. Would definitely use again.
Disliked: Nothing.

The perfect night stay.

Liked: This is such a stunning property. The owner Lucia took so much pride in hosting us and we were very welcomed and made to feel comfortable. The room we had (no5) yes was the more expensive out of the rooms but was worth every single penny. Beautiful room layout, spacious, all the comforts provided, even fresh milk in the fridge with two chocolate bars. The bathroom, wow was beautiful…. We wanted a bath and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely jacuzzi style bath and also had a lovely sized walk in shower. This was a luxury stay.

Sweet B&B

Liked: Cosy, quiet room with excellent bed and shower. The breakfast was ample and delicious, and there was also a fridge and kettle in the room. Only stayed one night but had a great night's sleep. Lucia, the proprietor is so warm and friendly. We'd stay again when down in Sussex next time!
Disliked: The check out time (10 am) was a little early for us with breakfast and moving the car, but that's a minor point.

Exceptional

Liked: We had just what we ordered for breakfast, all beautifully prepared.Room was spotless and quiet despite being at the front.

I could not of picked...

Liked: Everything! That is being completely truthful. From the moment we met Lucia we were made to feel welcome. Coast is an amazing B&B. May I say I’ve stayed in Boutique hotels that did not come up to the standard of Coast. The room was amazing. The bathroom was so clean with a walk-in shower and ‘jacuzzi’ bath. White Company amenities made it have that luxury feel. White fluffy towels finished the room off perfectly. Bringing me on to breakfast…. Freshly cooked by Vicki. We were made to feel nothing was to much to ask for. Oh and the coffee was divine! Hot too!!!
Disliked: I cannot find anything I disliked about the property. Parking was difficult but that is not the fault of Coast but the road in which it is on. Lucia does give you parking permits which allow you to park on the road. This is one of the downsides of wanting to stay in a coastal town as popular as Bexhill.
