Disliked: 24 HR air con noise (and cold) which cannot be switched off.

Lovely clean and modern hotel...

Liked: Clean, stylish, very comfortable beds and linens, good location and view of the harbour. The reception desk staff were friendly and the housekeeper was wonderful too.
Disliked: Unfortunately we did not feel safe after dark outside. The junkies were often loud and confrontational, which is of course out of the hotels control.

It was great.

Liked: We had never visited Nanaimo before but found that this was a good location, with nice restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel room was spacious and very comfortable.
