Liked: Location. Friendly staff. When I had concerns they were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner (thank you, Daniel). Food is absolutely delicious.
Disliked: Apparently there are certain staff members (Derek) who not have a clear understanding on how credit cards work. I find this to be troublesome. Also, it is not mentioned in the hotel literature that you are presented at check-in about the cleaning staff schedule. Basically, every third day the will enter ALL rooms to clean (unless the Do Not Disturb is hanging on your door handle.) Now if you are someone like me who stayed at Hotels where cleaning staff clean your room upon request or on check-out. It would have been nice to have read in the check-in literature about the cleaning staff routine. Because it was a shock to me to come back on my 2nd day of my stay and find my room cleaned (and reorganized) without my request. For the price point you are paying. The hotel should take your privacy a little more seriously by being transparent about things like the cleaning staff schedule, routine, and expectations.
