Overall the best of a...

Liked: Great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very attentive. Hotel was quiet and clean. Spent a week on the road with a different hotel every night and this was definitely the best!
Disliked: The room we were given was under renovations and should not have been used. Patches on the wall, holes in the wall, no closet doors, no handles on the dresser. Also king rooms are only on the top floor. Needed a king room as it is easier for my wife to maneuver in her power wheelchair, but for safety in an emergency it is NOT, safe to have wheelchairs on the top floor that would have a hard time evacuating without the elevator! There should be king rooms available on all floors!

Watch out for car theft...

Liked: Property and staff was great and it was super clean and breakfast was decent for continental.
Disliked: My vehicle was broken into right at the front door in the disabled parking spot and know one seen it even though the office window is right there. However the staff were great dealing with it the next morning but was so super disappointing considering it was just a place to sleep during our travels.

Try to avoid this place

Liked: Smelled very strong curry the minute worked in the hotel and it lasted for the entire 3 days of staying. Don’t know who was cooking but it should have no smell as it is not a restaurant but a hotel.When we arrived the room was not ready but the receptionist sent us upstairs anyways, the cleaner was pissed off and very visibly upset with us as apparently she was the only one who needs to clean 18 rooms.No towels after cleaning and called the front and apparently they had no one to send us towels, had to grab some from the pool.
Disliked: Old and lots of things are not working include the hot tub

Liked: The beds & pillows were comfortable. The room attendants were excellent!
Disliked: The hot tub was closed permanently. Even thought they had a sign that it was longer advertised, the picture of the pool area included the hot tub which leads one to assume that it was open. The pool was very cold. When I book in Abbotsford, the 2 things I look for are breakfast & a pool with hot tub. The breakfast was ok but not spectacular for the price I paid. I was quite disappointed, I've stayed in other Coast hotels & they are usually pretty ritzy compared to this one. Some rooms are pet friendly & next door to mine a dog was continually barking at 9 pm. I had to call the front desk to get them to take care of it.
