Liked: Stayed here before because of it's easy access to and from the highway. Great location and quality for an overnight stay mid journey to the Island. All staff we encountered were friendly, room was comfortable and shower was good. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Very good variety for a continental breakfast.
Disliked: Bathroom was a little worn in places but clean

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Room had all the necessities - coffee maker, fridge, microwave, desk, etc Complimentary bottled water provided in the fridge. Toiletries like soap, bath gel, shampoo, etc were of very good quality. Coffee with included breakfast was great, Starbucks True North blend. The convenience of complimentary breakfast worked well for us. Everything was pretty much what I have come to expect of a Coast hotel.
Disliked: Nothing major. However, no nice little extras like makeup wipes. Glasses were big & heavy and looked like the cheap quality found in low end restaurants especially compared to the mugs & wine glasses which were standard hotel quality. Breakfast was your basic continental breakfast - cereal, oatmeal packets, toast, bagels, pastries, yogurt, boiled eggs, pre-packaged waffles (dry & sugary) etc. Had hoped for a better breakfast since it was a Coast hotel but then again most Coast hotels don’t have a complimentary breakfast.

Liked: We arrived half hour prior to check in time and the room wasn't quite ready so we waited in lobby. Nice cold bottles of water were given to us...thought this was a very nice gesture by staff.Gym was spotless.

Not safe

Liked: The room was clean. Location ok.
Disliked: No views, not a safe location at all. Im a mom of 2. On a road trip. The first incident was i took my toddler swimming, 2 boys came and hid in the men's washroom (the pool and area was otherwise empty). They followed me and kid upstairs

Exceptional

It was relaxing and enjoyable.

Liked: The location was good. Had a nice little spot for my pet to use for her business. Definitely pet friendly.
Disliked: We booked a pet friendly room but when we arrived it was given away to someone else, but they did give us accommodation for the night.
