Budget accommodation

Liked: Bed was comfortable and it was budget friendly. Staff were pleasant and helpful in resolving issues.
Disliked: I had to ask for a coffee cup and hair-dryer as not in the room. Wine glasses in the cupboard were dirty.Shower was dark, cracked tiles, shower head had poor pressure, light in bathroom flickered like a strobe light before finally working and basin tap needed a washer change as it splashed water all over you and the floor when you turned it on.

Liked: View were lovely.
Disliked: Steep and on top floor no lift.

For an overnight stay, suited...

Liked: Quiet location, lovely views, and clean.
Disliked: Lighting could be a little better. And the kettle didn't fit under the tap! Had to fill with a cup.

Liked: Front desk staff Matthew was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. His warm service truly made a difference. The overall experience offered excellent value for money.

Liked: The room was warm.and comfortable. Had enough space for our short stay.
Disliked: The bathroom was quite dated, low shower pressure, a bit worn. Would have liked a sink in the room as we used the plates but had to wash them in the bathroom.
