Great service, Matthew’s a legend,...

It’s a lovely stay!!

Liked: We showed up for checking in quite late, and Mathew at the reception greeted me with my name and made us feel like we have been friends already. We enjoyed the spacious room, which is clean and warm with beautiful views from both windows. Mathew has been so helpful and friendly, by nature.
Disliked: The AC was a bit noisy at night but as the room was warm enough, we managed to turn it off and sleep well.

Liked: I've stayed at the Coach House a few times now and easily think it's the best value stay in town (Especially in Winter). Special call out to Matt (Matthew), he's an oustanding staff member and so so helpful with great local knowledge.
Disliked: For the price, nothing, it exceeds expectations compared to similar hotels in Lonnie.

Disliked: Very dirty & was originally given someone else’s room key (thankfully only their luggage was in the room). Would not recommend.

Practical, Affordable, Central Location

Liked: The location is so convenient and close to city attractions. After a night out, all I need is a clean, warm, comfortable bed. Bathroom toilet all working and spotless.Also, Matthew on the front desk at reception is a true ambassador for the hotel. I'd come back any time.
