Would stay again but book...

Liked: Location to Kew Gardens , very comfortable bed excellent shower , nice touches with fresh milk in the fridge . Lovely welcome from Alicia on reception a asset to the business .
Disliked: Unfortunately due in part to under staffing at breakfast majority of tables were left with dirty dishes , not pleasant to eat breakfast surrounded by dirty tables , continental area not re filled in a timely manner people often asking for dishes , orange juice , milk etc . Quality of the hot breakfast was very good, however poorly executed .
