Liked: Very comfortable bed. Friendly attentive staff. good standard of cleanliness.
Disliked: The floor of the shower had no non-slip surface.which felt a bit unsafe as we are elderly. We asked for a non-slip shower mat which was delivered to the room immediately so that problem was solved. It would be even better if there were grab rails in the shower.

Liked: Felt really comfortable. The room was at the front which l liked. Lots of light coming in and could sit by the window watching the world go by. Good location for Kew Gardens and London.
