C'mon Inn Missoula

Very disappointing. In the past...

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: The air conditioning was broken in the whole facility. Not even the fans worked. It was very HOT at night and too noisy to leave the window open. Also some hot tubs were not in service.

Restful, great stay!

Liked: Spacious, beautiflly crafted lobby and interior.
Disliked: Nothing could have improved our stay.

Disliked: Air conditioning in the entire building didn't work, they told me to open my window. It had a broken screen and only opened about 5 inches. Listening to the interstate was not ideal. Hot tubs were only half full of water and the jets sprayed up like a geyser. Very disappointed , the one in Bozeman is so much nicer

Liked: We appreciate the quiet and cleanliness of the rooms. Your staff is wonderful…especially at breakfast!!!
Disliked: The chlorine smell is a lot and the water taste from the taps is horrible. Happily you have the filtered water by the breakfast are where I could full up our water bottles. The breakfast was good but in comparison to the previous days stay….it was bland. Some seasoning would go a long way….I’m thinking more than salt and pepper. I do know you probably have some picky people.
