Liked: Common areas are a huge benefit to staying at this hotel. Plenty of space to hang out and visit with family.
Disliked: The outlets in the room seem too loose to hold in the plugs from devices like chargers and blow dryers. Kind of frustrating

Liked: Multiple hot tubs is just epic! Stellar idea.
Disliked: Could not recall breakfast time. Looked online it said to 10 am daily. Arrived at 9:40 and were told it was done. You could still smell the waffles. So disappointing. More so, the front desk staff was not super friendly about it. There were also 3 staff at the desk when we left and none took the time to say a word as we left. Felt very rude.

Overall very pleasant.

Liked: Location was good, staff were receptive and helpful, but didn't go out of their way to help out. For example due to a mix-up with our schedule we ended up having 2 separate bookings for a 3 night stay. I was hopeful they may have been able to navigate us leaving the 1st room later / getting into the 2nd room earlier, but this didn't happen. The pool is very nice and stocked with a good supply of towels. The courtyard is a bit odd, but really nice. There are 4 whirlpools very close to bedrooms and tables where you could meet with other guests at the hotel. In the future I would ask to stay on the first floor with immediate access to this space.
Disliked: Sadly the breakfast left a lot to be desired. We only used it once in the 3 mornings we were there.

Liked: We really liked the affordability, cleanliness, recent updates to decor, location, and complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: This is a great venue for families and children due to the pool, numerous hot tubs and central common area. Due to the loud noise into the evening and children running up and down the hallways we did not find it relaxing for a couple visiting their college age children at UND.
